STATS AROUND STORM SEASON

Enviro Trees Tree Partner network underpins our response to any weather event, and stood out in the recent Dec 2023 SEQ storm event.

Our ability to mobilise and scale up quickly in response to a catastrophic weather event, comes down to our tree partner network.

In this major weather event that impacted South East Queensland, Enviro Trees used 43 Tree Partners in total with 29 undertaking 5 jobs or more.

What is the impact on our Tree Partners?

Our Tree Partners are typically small, one crew operations, with limited administrative support. Through Enviro, they are able access work from a range of end customers, with single point of contact back to our customer care centre, consistency of approach to job management via our Tree Manager application and Enviro Trees manages the end customer administration process.

Our Tree Partner Network allows us to:

  • Respond quickly: Due to the number and location of Tree Partners.

  • Produce quality work: Due to ensuring the right fit for the job.

  • Provide value for money:

    • Volume of work provided to our Tree Partners. along with close oversight to ensure pricing is in line with scope produces competitive outcomes for our clients.

    • We often gain 2 or 3 comparative prices on complex/larger value jobs to ensure we are producing value for money.

  • Consistency of approach: Regardless of the number of Tree Partners used, Enviro Trees provides consistent quotation, invoicing, communication and customer portal formats and processes. Along with that we offer one point of contact for queries via our centralised call centre.

Our business model is a team effort and really does benefit all involved.
