Enviro Trees was engaged by Hutchinson Builders to complete an Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) as part of the development application for two Murrumbidgee Local Health District sites in Finley and West Wyalong, NSW. The AIA was a critical requirement for the construction of new buildings on these sites, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and the Building Code of Australia.

Project Scope Completing an Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) to assess the potential impact of the development on 77 trees to satisfy planning regulations and gain approval from the LGA. Identify trees that need to be removed and trees that can be retained within the proposed design.
