Assett Group Services- NSW Community Housing

Objectives

Enviro is a preferred provider of tree services to Assett Group Services, the head contractor managing all facilities requirements of six NSW government community housing assets.

Our objective is to deliver planned, and reactive arboriculture works across the greater Sydney region successfully, within expectation, on time, on budget and with high-end customer satisfaction levels.

Challenges

• Managing the sensitivities of dealing with a range of stakeholders including tenants, community housing company representatives, council representatives and Assett Group Services representatives.

• Managing via a schedule of rates model for tree removal, pruning, stump grinding and other related services.

• Liaison between Assett and the community housing company representatives, where clear communication on scope and expectations, and understanding on technical issues and regulatory issues relating to arborist works is critical.

Solutions

Enviro has taken an active approach to building relationships with a range of stakeholders and arranging regular site visits with these stakeholders as part of ensuring alignment between the parties.

A project team has been formed and is project managed by our Enviro Trees Operations Manager and supported by Sydney-based Tree Partners, our customer care team with our FM team coordinator,
