Following a storm event, two large trees fell into the pool area of the insured property, causing damage to the pool and pool fencing and presenting an immediate safety risk. Due to limited access and the close proximity of the pool and fencing, the works required careful planning and controlled execution. A team of three experienced crew members, consisting of a climber, a supervisor, and a groundsman, were deployed to dismantle and remove the failed trees from the site, with all debris cleared to prepare the area for subsequent building and fencing repairs. The works were carried out safely and efficiently using a 6–15-ton tipper, a 300mm+ wood chipper, a Bobcat, and a 75HP stump grinder.
