We  identified that the insurance sector was poorly serviced when it came to emergency make safe works, and set about implementing a business structure and process that has made Enviro Trees the recognised national leader in this field.

Enviro Trees has provided services to the NSW State Emergency Service for over 10 years, covering an area approximately seven times the size of the UK.

Our work extends from the Riverina of NSW, up along the NSW South Coast and Southern Highlands, across the Blue Mountains, out as far as Broken Hill, and from the Central Coast to the Mid North and Far North Coast.

These services range from one-off support for localised weather events to major projects requiring the mobilisation of many Tree Partners for significant catastrophe (CAT) events. We have the capability to manage power outages, engage traffic control, and arrange cranes and EWPs of all sizes. This enables us to handle extremely risky situations involving trees at imminent risk of failure and catastrophic impact.

Our extensive Tree Partner network allows us to provide local coverage with the ability to mobilise swiftly. This ensures we can provide critical support when it is needed most by our customers and the community. Using Tree Manager™, we can efficiently allocate work across multiple Tree Partners and communicate immediately with a range of stakeholders. Tree Partners can upload photos, safety documentation and quotes online for immediate review and validation by our centralised customer care team.

In Victoria, Enviro Trees was engaged to support Johns Lyng and Disaster Recovery Victoria following a major weather event that impacted numerous locations across the state. This project highlighted the value of the Enviro Trees model and arborist expertise. Over 12 months, our efforts involved more than 60 qualified field operators and arborists, 30 trucks, 20 chippers and 36,445 hours of work. Our Tree Partners tackled mountainous terrain and some of the world’s largest trees, including Mountain Ash, showcasing their skills and dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Enviro Trees has been providing tree management services to the facilities maintenance sector for a number of years. These services are delivered both directly to end customers and through national and regional facilities management companies.
