As Enviro Trees grew nationally, we saw a gap in the market: no platform existed that could

Verifii©
Verifii© was developed as a front-end data capture form.
The form allows the site data for subsidence or mortgage reports to be collected by a non-arborist. The data is fed into our algorithm to provide analysis related to trees and vegetation.
Verifii© has been adapted to collate site data relevant to a Tree Condition Plan to provide analysis for immediate, routine or no works on a site's tree vegetation.
Verifii© was developed specifically for the UK relating to subsidence mortgage and Tree Condition Plans. The Verifii© algorithm includes reporting regarding a tree's amenity value, carbon worth, replacement recommendations for offset.

Tree Plotter ™
Underpinning our AQF 5 consulting business is Tree Plotter ™ . Tree Plotter is a QTRA based software system that is used
onsite by our arborists when undertaking tree risk assessments and in the office for collating consulting reports and
monitoring each job site. It provides significant detail on each tree assessed, including species, location on site, tree
dimensions, tree health, risk rating and recommendations for action. It has a configurable customer portal that enables our customers complete transparency of tree assets, risk levels, recommended actions and timing of these actions, and current status. Enviro Trees use of Tree Manager for
end to end job management and Tree Plotter for detailed tree assessment management provides unique value to our customers.
