Following a storm event, a large mature tree located at the side of the property failed and fell across a wooden boundary fence. The trunk, measuring around one metre in diameter, had completely uprooted and posed a significant safety risk. The works required careful dismantling of the tree, stump grinding, and full removal of all debris within the insured property boundary.
