After storm activity, a large tree at the front of the property failed, with one major section falling onto the house, damaging the roof and bringing down powerlines and the power pole. The chimney had shifted, and water was leaking into the home.
The remaining part of the tree showed signs of white rot and decay, making it unstable and likely to fail as well. The objective was to make the site safe by removing the compromised tree and leaving agreed cut material on site.
