Planned Tree Works, Roselands, NSW

Client: Programmed Homes NSW
Location: Roselands, NSW Australia
Service Provided: Planned Tree Works

Programmed Homes engaged Enviro Trees to address issues caused by a large Box Elder tree located along the rear boundary of the property. The tree’s branches were overhanging the neighbouring property, blocking roof gutters and causing ongoing debris build-up. This debris was clogging gutters and had resulted in sections of flashing becoming exposed.

To reduce these ongoing maintenance issues, Enviro Trees submitted an application to Council seeking approval for full tree removal. However, Council approval was granted to prune only 16% of the tree’s canopy rather than remove it entirely.

A skilled crew was mobilised, including a climber, supervisor, and plant operator, supported by a tipper truck and chipper. The team carefully completed the pruning in accordance with Council conditions, ensuring all works were carried out safely and without damage to the property or surrounding areas.
