Led by Carmina, our dedicated team—Lorelee, Mike, Josh, Faye, and Hannah—are the friendly voices on the other end of the phone, providing support and expertise.
This committed team manages everything from inbound jobs, including emergency make-safe, as well as quoted and planned maintenance works, to allocating jobs to and liaising with our national network of Tree Partners. They’re at the forefront of communication, coordinating with insured householders, tenants, and tree partners to ensure scheduled work runs smoothly and efficiently.
Recently, during Dec 23/Jan 24, our team successfully managed a high volume of complex make-safe claims under intense pressure, receiving outstanding feedback from our major customers.
The dedication and expertise of our Customer Care team are not just appreciated by our Tree Partners, but they are also a key element of our success. We are grateful for their tireless efforts and commitment to delivering the best outcomes.
