With storm season underway, we asked our General Manager, Phil Wheeler what Enviro Trees do in preparation for potential weather events to ensure they are ready.

“I have had many conversations with customers in the insurance sector in the past weeks touching on this topic, and reassuring them that the Enviro team was prepared to support them in the case of significant weather events. What are we doing at Enviro to ensure we can respond effectively?

• Increasing our Tree Partner numbers to further boost our capacity and capabilities in key regions;

• Increasing our centralised Customer Care team numbers so they have the right resourcing and a plan in place to effectively triage inbound calls;

• Refresher staff training sessions to ensure our customer care team is even better equipped to manage customer orders and support our Tree Partners.

• Ensuring our Tree Partners availability and compliance is up to date.
