Are you an experienced arborist operations leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service outcomes?
Enviro Trees is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Operations Manager to own end-to-end operational performance across our national tree works business.
Reporting to the General Manager Australia, you will lead our network of Tree Partners and direct crews, champion safety and quality, and strengthen the client relationships that fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end operational performance - safety, quality, cost and customer outcomes - for all Enviro Trees tree works.
Lead and develop our network of Tree Partners (TPs) and direct crews to deliver consistently to client expectations and SLAs.
Oversee job workflow: scheduling, quoting, programming and delivery, with particular leadership during major weather events.
Drive WHS performance through audits (desktop and field), safety bulletins, toolbox talks and corrective actions.
Apply ISO methodology to underpin continuous improvement and ensure successful annual reaccreditation.
Recruit, onboard and manage Tree Partners and direct crew members, building capability and accountability.
Strengthen client relationships - maintain regular contact, resolve escalated issues and drive growth across assigned accounts.
Partner with the Customer Care Team Leader to improve workflow efficiency, quote quality and the overall customer experience.
Review and approve high-value or complex quotes to protect margin, risk and service outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' arborist operations management experience.
Certificate III in Arboriculture (preferred).
Proven ability to lead contractors/field crews and manage performance at scale.
Strong understanding of WHS obligations and ISO quality systems.
A natural relationship builder - with clients, partners and internal teams alike.
Clear communicator who is action-oriented, responsive and self-motivated.
Positive, ethical and comfortable working autonomously.
