Are you a relationship-driven sales and account manager who knows how to grow existing accounts, win new business, and keep opportunities moving?

Enviro Trees is looking for a proactive Sales and Account Manager to help drive national growth across our tree services business. This role will focus on strengthening existing client relationships, growing share of wallet, identifying new opportunities, and leading tender responses across key sectors including facilities management, insurance, emergency services, residential and commercial.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll act as a key link between our clients and internal teams, helping ensure opportunities are followed through, client issues are handled quickly, and our CRM and pipeline processes support smart, sustainable growth.

What you’ll do

  • Build and implement plans to retain and grow existing customer accounts

  • Identify and win new business across Enviro Trees’ target sectors

  • Act as a client advocate internally to ensure issues and opportunities are managed quickly

  • Own the company CRM and help drive consistent use across the business

  • Review upcoming tenders, assess opportunities, and support go/no-go decisions with the GM

  • Prepare tender submissions and support on-time, high-quality delivery

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales and account management, ideally in a trade services environment

  • Experience growing existing accounts and increasing share of wallet

  • Strong business development skills and confidence building growth plans

  • Experience in facilities management, insurance, or related sectors would be highly regarded

  • Solid CRM capability, ideally with systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working across teams
